Refund Policy

Effective November 1, 2026

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Here’s exactly how refunds work.

Monthly subscriptions

This covers MECCA Starter, MECCA Pro Markets, MECCA Plus Market, MECCA Elite Membership and The MECCA Inner Circle. Elite already includes the Inner Circle, so you are never billed for both.

• Cancel anytime from your Commas account or by emailing us. Canceling stops future charges, and you keep access until the end of the month you’ve paid for.
• Monthly payments already made are not refunded, including for partial months.
• First-payment setup guarantee: if the software won’t run on your setup and our support can’t fix it within 7 days of your first payment, email us and we’ll refund that first payment.
• Trading losses are never grounds for a refund.

One-time products

This covers MECCA FastTrack Setup and the MECCA Quick-Start Toolkit.

You can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase. Email info@kinnobot.com with the email you used at checkout and what you bought. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days. After 14 days, all one-time sales are final.

Abuse

We may deny refunds where there’s clear abuse, such as downloading all materials and requesting a refund repeatedly. If you file a chargeback instead of contacting us, we may close your access to all products.
