Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Gymigo LLC d/b/a MECCA AI (“MECCA AI,” “we,” “us”). By using this website or buying any product, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who can buy

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract.

2. What you’re buying

Our products are trading automation software for supported trading platforms (MT4, MT5, Tradovate, NinjaTrader, TradeLocker, DXtrade, MatchTrader, OANDA and Binance) (licensed, not sold), plus setup tutorials, configuration presets, educational materials, support and access to an online community. The software places and manages trades in a brokerage account that you open, own and fund yourself. We are not a broker, investment adviser, commodity trading advisor or money manager. We never hold your funds, and nothing we provide is a recommendation to buy or sell any financial instrument.

3. Payments and access

Payments are processed by Commas, our checkout and payment provider. After purchase, Commas emails you a link to access your products. You’re responsible for keeping your login private.

4. Subscriptions

MECCA Starter and its add-ons (MECCA Pro Markets, MECCA Plus Market, MECCA Elite Membership and The MECCA Inner Circle) are monthly subscriptions. Your card is charged the listed monthly price every month until you cancel. Add-ons are billed separately from, and in addition to, your Starter plan, and require an active Starter plan. Canceling Starter cancels its add-ons. The software license ends when your subscription ends. You can cancel anytime from your Commas account or by emailing info@kinnobot.com; cancellation stops future charges, and you keep access until the end of the period you’ve paid for.

5. Refunds

Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

6. Your license

While your subscription is active, we give you a personal, non-transferable license to use the software on the number of trading accounts your plan allows, and to use the materials for yourself. You may not share your login or software files, reverse engineer, resell, republish, or distribute our software, presets, content or recordings.

7. No guaranteed results

Trading involves substantial risk of loss. Automated software can lose money, malfunction, disconnect, or behave differently in live markets than in testing. We don’t guarantee profit, any win rate, or any result. Please read our Risk Disclosure.

8. Your account is your responsibility

You choose whether to use the software, which account to run it on, and every risk setting. You are responsible for monitoring your account, your broker relationship, keeping your computer or VPS running, and any taxes. Nothing we provide is legal, tax or financial advice.

9. Community and live sessions

Be respectful. No harassment, spam, or selling to other members without permission. We may remove anyone from the community or live sessions for breaking these rules, without a refund. Live session times may change; recordings are provided when available.

10. Our content

All course materials, branding and website content belong to Gymigo LLC d/b/a MECCA AI and are protected by copyright and trademark law.

11. Disclaimer and limit of liability

Our products and website are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or lost profits. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

12. Indemnity

You agree to cover any claims, losses or costs that come from your business, your use of our materials, or your breach of these Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms. The effective date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use our products after a change means you accept it.
